Refund Policy
We want you to love your EKH-O gear. That said, we’re a small independent brand and most of our products — especially decks — are made to order. Here’s how our refund policy works:
Pre-Orders
All skateboard decks sold during a pre-order window are made specifically for you. Because of this, we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations on pre-orders once the order is placed — unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or there’s a manufacturing fault:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund (your choice) if the damage is confirmed
Standard Orders (Non-Pre-Order Items)
If we offer ready-to-ship items in the future (like apparel or accessories), we may accept returns for unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
