Shipping Policy

At EKH-O, we aim to get your gear to you safely, reliably, and as quickly as possible.

All skateboard decks listed as pre-order are made to order.

Our current pre-order window runs from 2–23 August 2025
Manufacturing takes approximately 9 weeks from the end of the window
Orders are expected to ship in early November 2025
We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and notify you when your deck ships.

We currently ship within the UK and to select international locations.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. All rates are transparent — no hidden charges.

All orders are shipped with tracking. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your board is on its way.

Please note: Delays can occasionally occur due to customs or postal service issues, especially for international orders.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple missed delivery attempts, the buyer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
