Pre-Orders

All skateboards listed as pre-order are made to order. Payment is taken at the time of purchase. Pre-order windows and shipping timeframes are clearly stated on product pages. Please note that production lead times are approximately 9 weeks from the end of the pre-order window.
 

Shipping

We ship domestically (UK) and internationally. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are provided, but may vary due to production or postal delays.
 

Returns & Refunds

As pre-orders are made to order, we do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
 

Exclusive Offers

Pre-order bonuses (e.g., sticker packs and signed art prints) are exclusive to the pre-order window and will not be available as 'freebies' after it closes.
